Matt has worked with private businesses for 25+ years. He previously held senior roles at a major Canadian bank in risk management, relationship management and restructuring. Matt also has extensive experience in the private capital markets having served as an executive for several boutique investment banking firms. Matt is a Chartered Investment Manager® with expertise in designing, structuring and launching private investment funds including private equity, private debt and private real estate offerings. Matt holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
